I took my vehicle to lighthouse automotive six weeks ago. They lied to me over and over again now they’re trying to charge me $1200 for a battery and a key that does not work. I would not bring them any business if I were you and I guarantee that 90% of these reviews are written by the company. This is fraudulent marketing and is illegal I have notified the Better Business Bureau, but they are under investigation already and I’m sure that something is going to be taking place here in the next couple weeks!!!!!! it all could’ve been taken care of if he would’ve just called me two weeks in and told me they couldn’t do it. I would’ve taken my car somewhere else. I had to get my car towed to the Chevy dealership !!!! Lighthouse automotive is by far the worst automotive place on the beach, do not go there!!!!

I enjoy the professionalism of the folks (technical and adivisors) at Lighthouse. My truck is a performance truck and they absolutely do take care of me.

As per usual- quick, affordable, friendly. Cant ask for much more. Been going for years. Keep going back. The inspection reports are very helpful and informative.

Lighthouse went out of their way to help us. The transmission went out in our Suburban while on vacation. Everyone was booked for weeks. I know they were too, but Dave said they would look at it the next day. Crystal is amazing letting me know what was happening every step of the way. Thank you guys so much. From the bottom of our hearts we appreciate this business.

Scheduled appointment for tires and an oil change. Work performed as estimate stated. They also took care of an additional problem on my work van that was not on ticket. Excellent service and experience.
