Price check before you agree to anything. This shop takes advantage of young mostly college age kids working at the local theater. $155 diag fee on top of $410 for 4 spark plugs. I WOULDN’T recommend this repair facility to my worse enemy. Go anywhere but here!!!!

We have had a lot of work performed on our Pilot recently. Some of it caused by a private towing company; the rest caused by parts wearing out. Manteo North coordinated reimbursement from the towing company and then consolidated all our work into as few appointments as possible since we only have the one vehicle. The service work was excellent and so was the customer care. We would'nt go anywhere else.

Have had so many issues with my Lincoln since it hit 130k and Jim specifically has been so knowledgeable and helpful with every single thing. My car is running great now and I just wanted to say thank you to the entire staff for how quickly you helped fix everything (multiple times) and how professional you all are. Highly recommend you all, and to Jim, again, thank you so much for everything!

We found an issue on our daughter’s car the day before we were supposed to drive back to Ohio and called around to a few places that said they couldn’t help. We got in touch with Crystal at Lighthouse Automotive North and she was so friendly and told us to bring it right in and they would help. When we arrived Doug quickly took the car back and identified the issue and fixed the car for us. Everyone there was kind and courteous and we were so thankful to them.
