The work was performed professionally and while there were some problems that caused delays, I was pleased with the results. The staff is skilled and they are dedicated to providing professional services. It shows in their approach to customer service and it shows in the way they maintain their shop area as well. I think this NAPA shop is a real community asset

Excellent honest, friendly service. I was on vacation. They scheduled me in a timely manner, diagnosed my problem, fixed it and charged me a very fair price. (They also threw in a sandwich and soda from a local food vendor who was making his daily rounds!). Many Thanks
