I live more than an hour from Lighthouse Automotive North. There are few mechanics where I live and none with whom I trust to maintain my older, uncommon make and model of car. I also must wait while repairs are made. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. I have been most happy with the friendliness and honesty of both mechanics and front office staff, as they go out of their way to make sure my car is safe, professionally maintained, and that I leave more than satisfied with my experience. Very pleased with the service provided for my car. The staff are professional, and always courteous and helpful. They take the time to answer any questions that I might have. The wait time is very reasonable whenever I choose to relax and wait on site while my car is being serviced.
