Another hassle free visit to Lighthouse Automotive. Of specific note is the exceptional customer focus of Crystal in Lighthouse North. She is the first person you see as you enter Lighthouse. She always greets everyone with a smile and a sincere how can I help you. She does a great job of listening to customers car trouble issues and consistently schedules the proper maintenance. She is a great go between the technician and the customer. She has never over promised on when the service would be completed and does an outstanding job of keeping customers apprised of repair status. Crystal is an outstanding professional that is very easy to work with.

If you want to be grossly overcharged for a simple oil change, this is the place to go. I had the oil changed on my 2018 Corvette and was charged more than double what the Chevrolet dealer would have charged me. My 2025 Ford truck oil change was also the highest that I have ever paid. I would strongly dissuade anyone from using Lighthouse Automotive!!

I had an appointment for a state inspection and oil change. I had a dentist appointment just down the street from the shop and they drove me there and picked me up. It was a big help, and I appreciated it very much! They were very professional and I will definitely be going back.
