Wonderful tech support and very helpful front office staff. They were truly wonderful to work with, I broke down dropping my daughter off to work for the summer and they helped me out after the worked on my vehicle they allowed me to pick it up a week later without charging me a storage fee. They even gave me some guidance about selling it afterwards, local people to work with and their experience in the area with selling and buying vehicles. They made me feel like I was at home in Manteo! Maybe I should move on down!

Just when I thought the professional service provided by Lighthouse Automotive could not get any better, they exceeded exceptional level of service that I have been accustomed to. I got a blowout on my truck while heading over to Manns Harbor on the new bridge. I called my insurance company to arrange for a tow because I have roadside assistance. Well they took forever and I contacted Lighthouse to see who they used. Their towing service wouldnt be able to respond for at least an hour and referred me to Mannkanics towing and they responded in about 15 minutes and towed me back to Lighthouse. When I got there Crystal had already located and ordered a replacement tire for me. The initiative and customer focus demonstrated by Crystal is what I have always experienced from every member of the Lighthouse team. THEIR SERVICE IS WITHOUT PEER

I was on vacation in Outer Banks needed tires, they have great customer service, Naomi order my tires for next day delivery and although they did not have an open appointment they squeezed me into the schedule and had my tires put on and an alignment done by lunchtime! I highly recommend them!!!!

Another great experience with Lighthouse. We will be leaving the area before my car needs to be serviced again and I am already considering making the 90 mile drive for my next oil changed. If you have not tried their services, you should.
