Not impressed they wanted to charge me 540 dollars on $80 part.went to another place, got the part and they didn't even charge me to put it on.

In and out in 30 minutes had an oil change only $42. Love that place.

Haven't been here for years..I am so glad I came back, as well I will return.. not only did they get me in for my sons late inspection, but they were, great, patient, customer skills with Mrs. Christina was awesome.. the auto tech was fantastic.. I would and will return back for my next car issue, oil change, inspection ect.. I again say " thank you " .. you went above 5 stars to 5×5 stars...price affordable, cate and experience top notch, customer skills above and beyond..give them a chance, you will not regret them. Thank you all, from appointments to car care, it was above and beyond my expectations.

These people treated me great. This was my first experience here but I will be sure to use them for all my needs in the future.

I'm from PA and was on vacation in Nags Head, NC. I started hearing a sound from my hind left wheel. I called one repair shop to see if the could check to tell me if it was something I could drive home and fix or if it needed repaired before hand. They told me they were a week out. I called American Auto and spoke to a very kind lady explained my situation. She asked if I could leave me car there for a bit. About an hour later I got a call from Don to pick up my car. Tire was lose so he fixed it and checked remaining 3 tires. It could have turned into a very bad situation if I wasn't able to get it in. Thank you very much.
