It actually is fun to bring my truck to Lighthouse. They are the consummate professionals. Crystal and David are extremely pleasant and easy to work with. All of the technical folks are knowledgeable and also pleasant to work with. I would recommend this shop to anyone who need expert automotive experience in a time of need.

Quick, responsive and excellent service

Price check before you agree to anything. This shop takes advantage of young mostly college age kids working at the local theater. $155 diag fee on top of $410 for 4 spark plugs. I WOULDN’T recommend this repair facility to my worse enemy. Go anywhere but here!!!!

We have had a lot of work performed on our Pilot recently. Some of it caused by a private towing company; the rest caused by parts wearing out. Manteo North coordinated reimbursement from the towing company and then consolidated all our work into as few appointments as possible since we only have the one vehicle. The service work was excellent and so was the customer care. We would'nt go anywhere else.

Have had so many issues with my Lincoln since it hit 130k and Jim specifically has been so knowledgeable and helpful with every single thing. My car is running great now and I just wanted to say thank you to the entire staff for how quickly you helped fix everything (multiple times) and how professional you all are.
