Everything about the service I received at Lighthouse was excellent. They kept me informed every step of the way. They provided a detailed estimate and even photos of what needed to be done. My car was ready when they said it would be. I chose to wait for my service and the waiting room was clean and offered coffee, tea, and wifi. 5 stars!

Wonderful tech support and very helpful front office staff. They were truly wonderful to work with, I broke down dropping my daughter off to work for the summer and they helped me out after the worked on my vehicle they allowed me to pick it up a week later without charging me a storage fee. They even gave me some guidance about selling it afterwards, local people to work with and their experience in the area with selling and buying vehicles. They made me feel like I was at home in Manteo! Maybe I should move on down!
