I needed a new set of tires. Upon request, Kristie at the service desk emailed me an estimate for 3 different brands. I received the estimates in less than 30 minutes. She personally recommended a particular brand, and I took her advice. I was scheduled for service a week later. The customer service team and the technicians are courteous, professional, efficient, and friendly. I couldn't be happier with my tires and the work done. I couldn't ask for a better hometown shop.

Stopped for a few days in Nags Head before taking my son to school in Charlotte, when we ran into car trouble. The team at lighthouse was super helpful and accommodating. They worked us in, fixed the problem and we couldn’t have been more grateful! Helpful friendly people and really nice operation all around.
