We’ve been taking our cars to Lighthouse for several years now. Primarily for state inspections and small needs. Each time we contact them they are are incredibly friendly, welcoming and easy to work with. Luckily, we’ve never had an issue getting a date for any services within the timeframe we needed. Further, meeting everyone in person when we take our cars in, they are just as nice as they were on the phone and never pressure for anything additional. They share what they know, anything they might find, but never push that is so refreshing.

Trustworthy and professional. Diagnosis of problem(s) is carefully explained. They're not the cheapest but I am willing to pay for quality. This is my "go to" service center in the OBX.

Prices are RIDICULOUS. Sent our vehicle in for some routine maintenance, wasn't told the price ahead of time but it was routine stuff so I did not think to ask - my mistake. It was explained to me that the labor is what cost the most - I will be going literally anywhere else where the staff is competent enough to keep the labor cost at a reasonable price. Money down the drain.
