I hope this message finds you well. I recently had an issue with my vehicle's air conditioning system. I brought it in on a Saturday for diagnosis, and it was determined that there was a hole in the hose. The part was ordered and installed on Monday morning, and I am pleased to say that the work was completed in a timely manner. However, upon receiving the bill, I was taken back by the charges. I was billed $666 for labor and $713 for the part. Considering the hose was not expedited and could have been purchased for under a hundred dollars if I had picked it up myself, this seems quite excessive. While I understand that there are overheads and service charges, the final amount was rather shocking. I wanted to share this feedback with you directly instead of posting a negative review online. I believe it's important to communicate these concerns in hopes of finding a resolution. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
