I was beyond impressed with lighthouse automotive. My car wouldn't start and I called four other shops. Each told me the soonest they could take my car would be about 10 days. I said I had to leave in 3. I called lighthouse and they got me in the very next day. My car was having tricky hybrid issues and while I'm sure all the mechanics there are wonderful, the owner took the time to work on my car and diagnose issue. Now the part can't come in for days but he was able to get my car running well enough that I could get it back to Maryland. Then he wrote incredibly detailed notes that I was able to give to my mechanic here and he was able to order the part. So I highly recommend lighthouse automotive not only for their incredible customer service but they're incredibly high level of competence. Jeff Kaelin Beltsville MD

David and his staff are phenomenal. From the office to the mechanics, they are personable, efficient and knowledgeable. I trust my vehicles to David knowing that he is honest and does not try to push work that isn't needed.
