The taillight assembly was installed and I was on my way. Very friendly, knowledgeable, professionals, from walking in the door, to receiving your keys when the repairs were complete. I took a roadtrip from ny to obx, my car was having emergency issues, I got it towed here and the customer service was amazing. I had my dog with me and she was welcomed! They made sure I had a ride to and from my hotel while it was being fixed. I felt safe and welcomed. The next day when needing to pick up my car I could not get to the shop because Lyft and uber failed me and my dog- they came and picked me up to take me to get my car at the shop! For no cost just kindness. Thank you so much for being a kind, pet friendly, and professional business! Also ty for getting me in asap!! Highly recommend. Shout out to Levi who helped me along the way and picked us up. I would say it’s alittle pricey but I had to get this done to drive back.

I called to see if they could check why my car was stalling. Crystal was friendly, professional and listened to explanation of the problem. She said she had no appointments but would try to work me in. Not only did she work me in but my car was fixed in the same day. I was pleased with the pricing and the service. The mechanic is someone I know and trust , Mr Jim Broadhurst I did not know that he was the mechanic that would be working on my car for sure but I am pleased that he was. I gave lighthouse five stars for professionalism service and quality.
