I hope this message finds you well. I recently had an issue with my vehicle's air conditioning system. I brought it in on a Saturday for diagnosis, and it was determined that there was a hole in the hose. The part was ordered and installed on Monday morning, and I am pleased to say that the work was completed in a timely manner. However, upon receiving the bill, I was taken back by the charges. I was billed $666 for labor and $713 for the part. Considering the hose was not expedited and could have been purchased for under a hundred dollars if I had picked it up myself, this seems quite excessive. While I understand that there are overheads and service charges, the final amount was rather shocking. I wanted to share this feedback with you directly instead of posting a negative review online. I believe it's important to communicate these concerns in hopes of finding a resolution. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Freddy was awesome. Car broke down upon leaving the area for a 3.5 hr drive. He took in the car and diagnosed the problem quickly and was in great contact Also had no problem with keeping the car until I could arrange for the pickup. I haven’t yet picked it up so I can’t report on the repair, but I will when I report back with detailed review after I make my 3.5 hr journey home.

I arrived for my appointment and my vehicle was immediately taken in the shop to be serviced. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. I waited in the lobby while the work was performed and I was delighted when the work was quickly taken care of. I would recommend the staff at Lighthouse Automotive to anyone who needs work done.

Had a wonderful experience with the team at Lighthouse Automotive- South. I was just starting my 12-hour road trip when I got stuck at the gas station and my car wouldn't turn back on. All the auto shops around were extremely busy, but Lighthouse said that if I had it towed there, someone would hopefully have a chance to look at it that day. I had it towed there around 11am and the car was fixed by 3:30pm with a new starter. The part was expensive because it was the only one we could find in the area, but that wasn't their fault. I appreciated the quick turnaround and great customer service. David, the owner was the one who fixed my car. He really did me a solid and made sure nothing else was wrong with it so I was able to have a safe road trip. 10/10 would recommend.
