I was driving from my daughter's home in KDH on my way back to Winston-Salem when my low tire pressure light came on driving across the bridge. I google mapped and found Lighthouse Automotive and drove there to ask if someone would check my tires. The two people at the counter said absolutely they could and one of them started to get up, but a gentleman came from the office area and said he would take care of it. My tires were checked and all was well. I offered to pay for this person's time and effort but he shook his head and wished me a safe drive and happy holidays. This sort of friendly customer service is very much appreciated. I was clearly from out of town and leaving which meant that I would not be a regular customer. However, I intend to advertise that Lighthouse Automotive is a good place to do business. They gave me immediate attention and did so efficiently and cheerfully. Thank you to Lighthouse Automotive for putting this senior's mind at ease during my 250 mile drive home.
