This is probably my best auto repair experience in my 45 years of car ownership. The intake person was courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. Within an hour I received a detailed report on my vehicle, complete with photographs of the problem areas. I was kept apprised of estimated completion, pickup was like intake; efficient in a courteous manner, and my vehicle interior had even been cleaned up (and this was the household dog-mobile...no small task!). The invoice, as was the estimate, detailed and easy to understand. Lighthouse Automotive will always have my full confidence for all of my vehicle service going forward.
